Gone Country Hat Co. is committed to providing reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping services for our wholesale partners. The following policy outlines our standard shipping methods, terms, and responsibilities.

Domestic Wholesale Shipping

For wholesale orders shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), Gone Country Hat Co. offers:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $30 per wholesale order

This flat shipping rate applies to standard ground shipments unless otherwise specified or agreed upon in writing.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Expedited shipping requests
  • Oversized shipments
  • Split shipments
  • Residential delivery surcharges
  • Remote delivery areas
  • Liftgate or special handling requirements

International Shipping Terms

All international wholesale orders are shipped under:

  • EXW (Ex Works) Shipping Terms

Under EXW terms:

  • The buyer assumes responsibility for freight arrangements, transportation, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import fees once the goods are made available for pickup.
  • Gone Country Hat Co. is responsible for preparing the goods for shipment and coordinating pickup timing.
  • International customers may choose their preferred freight forwarder or shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed upon.

Fuel Surcharges & Carrier Adjustments

Shipping rates and freight costs are subject to change based on market conditions and carrier pricing.

Additional fees may be applied when necessary, including but not limited to:

  • Fuel surcharges
  • Freight carrier rate increases
  • International customs or brokerage fees
  • Accessorial shipping charges
  • Peak season shipping surcharges

Any significant freight adjustments outside standard policy will be communicated prior to shipment whenever possible.

Shipping Timeframes

Most in-stock wholesale orders ship within:

  • 2–3 business days from order processing

Shipping timelines may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Product availability
  • Seasonal demand
  • Custom or special-order products
  • International freight scheduling

Estimated transit times provided by carriers are not guaranteed by Gone Country Hat Co.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon carrier pickup or shipment release, depending on the agreed shipping terms.

Wholesale partners are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival and reporting any visible shipping damage promptly.

Shipping Damage Claims

If shipment damage occurs during transit:

  1. Retain all original packaging materials
  2. Take clear photos of the damage
  3. Notify the freight carrier immediately
  4. Contact Gone Country Hat Co. within 5 business days of delivery

We will assist partners in coordinating and documenting freight claims when applicable.
